Isoldé was worried as she heard him call out with the words of who's there. She went to stand but he stopped her. She didn't know what to think as she turned to look at Valken when she heard the arrow sailing through the air, She wanted to help but didn't have time as she saw him get hit and fall to the ground. She gasped as she saw the arrow that had pierced Valken's shoulder. She swallowed as she went and knelt beside him.
Isoldé cursed in elvish and bit her lip. "Im sorry, I didn't think that they would come looking for me"she said as she touched the area around the wound checking to make sure it wasn't a dipped arrow. She closed her eyes as she grabbed the shaft in two places. "I can get it out if you want," she said as she opened her eyes again.
She wasnt happy about this as she looked at the bushes and watched glaring at the men hiding in the shadows and bushes. She wasn't going to let them hurt Valken anymore. She glared at them and said in elvish "Back off and go home," She said as she waited for Valken's responce.

It definitely burn him as hell, he didnt knew what was going on, he just fell to the floor, but his instinct made him not lean in the grasp, if he do that, he arrow would get even more stuck in his shoulder, he remembered when his uncle shot him once for accident in the forest, a shot in the ankle, it was stupid, but he couldnt walk until the third day, and it was because of a magical potion, oh how he missed his uncle Skorpio. He would be very helpful in that moment, shame he didnt knew where he was.
He heard how Iz was with him, telling him something that he didnt catched, who was coming for her? was she married or something? Valken made a pain gesture, and let out a silent scream, as eh tried to stand up. By that time, his horse thunder ran away, it wasnt a surprise, thunder should have been a chicken instead of a horse, and his loyal wolf steve, was there braking with his fangs out, as valken stood up, he called at steve "boy, my bow" the smart animal threw his the bow with his mouth and the arrows, after he catched them with so much pain in his hurt arm.
He saw Isolde and did not understand a word, she was worried but he was more. He nodded with a no, at everything she said, he could take out that arrow, but before the adrenaline went out he needed to attack, the real pain would be there for him tomorrow. He started to point with this bow with an arrow at the tree's and shot 5 arrows, one after the other, quick and fine, he heard 2 people fall, and then he heard Isoldè speaking in another language. He was in his defensive mood, his shoulder started to bleed more and more.
"Do you know whats going on?" he whispered, and then screamed at the tree's "Make visible yourself or this arrow will hit you in the face" his voice deep, clear and treatening.

Isoldé was shocked when he said no and then called for his bow and shot off 5 arrows. She heard two hit their mark. She winced as she looked at him and held her hands to his chest. "Please stop, I will get them to stop," she said as she bit her lip. She turned to the forests after he called out the elves that stood there. They waited for her word. "do as he asks," She said in elvish. She took a deep breath as they came out and she saw the Captain.
"My Queen, Has he hurt you?" Said the man who was dressed in captain regalia. He stood there his hand on his hilt of his blade. He didn't care that he had just ruined her disguise. He glared at Valken as if he were ready to take him down right then and there. He returned his eyes to Isoldé and waited for her words.
Isoldé paled at what he said "Why did you just address me like that in common tongue Captain!" she said in elvish as she let her eyes narrow at the captain. She took a deep breath and stood her back to the captain now as she looked up at Valken. "He has been nothing but a gentleman Captain, now you will take your men and go home, I was going to return the eve of tomorrow but you have now made it where we must return tonight to tend to his wounds." she said as she tenderly touched the area around his wound and the arrow.
The Captain glared at Valken and nodded and got his men ready to make the trek home. "Captain you will find his horse and bring it to me immediately, and it will be you that brings me the horse after you find it," She said as she looked back at the captain and saw him clench his hand but said "Yes My Queen," then went to get things settled and find the stupid horse of the disgusting human that seemed to have the Queen's attention.

Valken smiled as he saw the two men fall off the tree's, he was better with the bow than the sword,it was a smile of proud and above all, of saving Isolde from those guys. Maybe they were thieves, he knew of the thieves guild, people that just stole people from their own benefits, but that wouldnt happen, not while he stills alive. His personality wouldnt let them take her apart from him. No. His smile fade away as he saw Isolde speaking a language he just did not understand that made him think that they were probably elves. Were they after her instead of him? but her voice was like if she were order them to stop. It was clearly the elves language wasnt something you hear often. He tried to decode the strange words, but nothing in the English words sounded like that.
He saw a man standing visible, a strong and commanding face, valken didnt liked that at all, seemed to be over passing his authority, she was just taking a walk, it wasnt a crime besides he wasnt bothering her. He lowered his bow but as he saw the guy. Touching his Sword he immediately raised again his bow, this time the arrow pointing at his face. He went in front of Isolde, making her stay behind him. His dark blue eyes penetrating his. His wolf was growling at the guy, just like his master was growling.
Then Isolde with her warm and sweet hands stopped him from killing the captain. He didnt knew how but Isolde made him feel way better, even if his shoulder didnt responded him at all. He started to not feel his shoulder anymore, he tried to stand with his bow but he couldnt. Valken looked concerned and wanting to fight back, his voice clearly in a deep and commanding voice too "Give me a good reason to not kill him" he whispered to her as he glanced at the captain.
Then the man spoke : "My Queen, Has he hurt you?"
Valken's eyes turned like a flash to Isolde, he didnt believe what he heard, his fight posture became defensive, he just didnt knew what to believe, what was truth and what was a lie, as that a bad joke of her part? The adrenaline rushed and he felt pain, he let the bow fall with the arrow to the floor and with his good hand touched his bad shoulder, like trying to hold it.
He looked with surprise at Isolde, but more with a face that clearly say whats going on? you didnt trust me? is real what he is saying? honestly he felt inside a game, he thought the guys were looking for him to kill him, and now he was surrounded by elf's. She immediately spoke elvish, as he was still there, but this time he took a few steps back, glancing at the captain. he was now near the river, at one step from falling in it.
Again she spoke but this time in English, he felt out of the conversation, even in his own language: "He has been nothing but a gentleman Captain, now you will take your men and go home, I was going to return the eve of tomorrow but you have now made it where we must return tonight to tend to his wounds." Valken saw the nodding from the captain, but he didnt like it at all, he just growled, he couldnt be polite, not when there were lies in between. Again she spoke: "Captain you will find his horse and bring it to me immediately, and it will be you that brings me the horse after you find it," Suddenly he thought about Thunder. that chicken valken rolled his eyes at the thought of his merely horse.
The final words of the captain, made him even more angry than before: "Yes My Queen,".
Valken nodded and then leaned his back on a tree, and with such fury and disgust he took away from one pull the arrow that was stuck on his shoulder, he didnt screamed but his face reflected a huge pain, he threw the arrow to the ground, and ripped his sleeve to make a bend on his shoulder, just working with one hand, he did not wanted help. He did not what to think. "So, a Queen huh?" he whispered to himself, as he finished his own bend.
He looked at Isolde very uncomfortable, and somewhat disappointed, his dark blue eyes penetrating hers. Then he did a reverence to her, and then stood upright and took his weapons and his belt. Putting them on his body. Ready to leave.

Isoldé saw the captain walk off and looked at Valken as he ripped out the arrow and bandaged his shoulder himself. Once he did that he gathered up his things. She felt that he was upset at her and looked away and said "Valken please let me explain, Its not that i didn't trust you it is that there are so many people who would love to get their hands on the location of my people and what better way to find it then to get their ruler?' she said as she took a deep breath. She didn't want him to leave her upset. She wanted him to allow her to tend to his wound. She didn't want him to hurt any more.
"I would have told you in my own way, a more proper way then this Valken, please don't hate my caution for my people's safety." She said as she looked at him. She was scared what would happen now as she looked at him and prayed she wouldn't lose the first person to see her as something other then the queen of the elven people.
She was glad that the captain was gone she didn't need him talking about how irresponsable she was being by going out without telling anyone of where she was heading. She took a moment to close her eyes and center herself. she wanted to give Valken the chance to get to know her more but if this little incident ruined that she believed that no one would ever get to know just her and not her title.

"Valken please let me explain, Its not that i didn't trust you it is that there are so many people who would love to get their hands on the location of my people and what better way to find it then to get their ruler?
Valken did not turned around to see her face, he knew that could be a weaknesses for him, it was her pale white skin, with the soft touch of pink, the sweet touch of life in her eyes, the smell of her scent, of her hair. The soft and warm skin perhaps, everything he saw in her before was a truly weaknesses now. He decided to not turn around, even if it was rude. His belt was across his waist, with 2 knifes that he usually carry on, the sword he loved, because it was the only thing he had from his father, it was a good memory though everything he had been trough since he was dead.
He did a loud wheezing and Thunder appeared in the forest, near the river, it was the only sound that thunder did recognize, him and steve, they were very close to each other, Steve looked at the horse and Valken almost swear that the wolf rolled his eyes, Steve went where Valken was and pushed him away with his nose, like if he were trying to say something to him. Valken knew that they were smart and intelligent, but what could steve tell a broken heart?
Valken had all his things with him, he did not need anything more. He wanted to see her once again after leaving, but that would make him stay. He was hurt, and she was right, her people was first. That was noble from her part, but he didnt know how to be with a queen, how to speak. "I dont see you as a Queen" he said with his face down, his long and straight hair covering his face, his lower lip was shaking trying to say something more.
His breath started to be inconstant, and his face went to the sky, this time his hair falling into his shoulders, the fresh breeze o a winter night. He looked at his side, making Isolde just look to half of his face. "I think you should know this" he said as he turned slowly to her. "You deserve much better than me" his voice in a huge sadness, but the truth was just behind him.
His words were cold, while his eyes were saying so much more, his eyes were almost about to crash. He was just a boy of almost nineteen years, with a mind of 25 perhaps. He was mature enough to handle almost everything, but this was so different. He never had the chance to say goodbye to someone he loved. His friends, his dad neither his mom nor sister. No one. And for the feeling that was starting to bloom inside of him, for Isolde, he was saying goodbye to the first person that meant something for him, that was somehow alive.
His eyes went away from her, rudely he looked away, to the center of the forest, where the darkness laid. He heard steps. He rolled his eyes and sighed, thinking that perhaps it was the Captain. He cursed in whispers as he kneeled to take his bow and arrows from the ground.

Isoldé looked at Valken and how he wouldn't look at her. She wanted to cry as she sighed as she watched how he called his animals back and gathered up his stuff. She didn't want him to leave and never see him again. She wanted to say something but was shocked silent when he said I don't see you as a Queen," then kept gathering his stuff. She didn't know what to think as she then heard him say you deserve much better than me," she bit her lip and looked down as she heard movement in the bushes.
She didn't know what to think she figured it was her captain coming to say he couldn't find the horse. She was thinking and as she listened the foot steps were to heavy for her men. She looked at Valken and saw him kneeling and cursing. She didn't know what to think as she stood there not sure what to as she watched Valken and the bushes.

Valken stood up and glanced at where he supposed the Captain was going to make visible but he was mistaken.
A huge figure appeared from inside the darkness of the forest, valken freeze there, million of thoughts remain in his head, flashing the ways how it could end his life that night, but he never thought of finishing Isolde 's. His contain his breathe as he took a few and slow steps near Isolde. the dark figure had a huge dark boots, a dark cloak and in his waist laid the light of a silver sword, that clearly shine with the light of the full moon. Valken glanced from Isolde to the guy and then to the surrounds. The guy approached to them, Valken protective side was clearly making act of presence. He unsheathed his sword with quick movements and his eyes focused on the dark silhouette. Almost growling in his intent to speak. He looked wild and like a beast, he looked even more fearless and intrepid. This time no one was going to take what he loved apart from him.
He was sure they were the thieves, they had nothing to offer them, but his arrows perhaps, he was wondering if they had heard that she was a queen. Dammit. He thought as he heard the male voice speak. It was mysterious and at the same terrifying, "What do we have here! A queen" the voice said with a tone of joke, of course it was a very bad joke and a very bad moment to play with that.
Valken growled as the man stopped talking. "Leave...now" he never heard that voice on him, it was a very very deep and rude voice, it was as bad ass as then one of gwyndar. He kept his defensive-protective posture. The guy started to walk near him as the male spoke "Dont be that rude boy, you will never know when you might need my mercy" Valken glanced furiously at him and spitting he replied "I dont beg" he stated.
He was definitely killing that guy, but he wasnt sure if he was one of the thieves guild. He seemed to be all alone. But what he didnt liked was that the guy got closer to Isolde, so close that the guy took her by her back, pulling her of the hair, the guy put his sword upon her neck, holding her. One quick move, one reckless decision and everything could be lost. Valken felt as if he already had fail, but his face was more of a beast, his breathing, everything, and he couldnt move his shoulder, dammit again for that.
"Now, would you beg me peasant?" the guy spit on the ground as his words drop the poison in his lips. Valken didnt knew what to do, certainly 2 more guys appeared behind him, just laughing of his situation, both with dark cloaks, no one could see their faces, neither Valken nor Isolde. "She has nothing to do with this" he said dissipated, he wanted her out of this. While the man just laughed more and harder. "Who the hell do you think you are?" the man spoke with cynicism "the mere Gwyndar?" he added with a hint of sarcasm. Valken was holding his sword with his good hand, and making a uncomfortable sound with his teeth's of desperation.
"Im an Allen" he screamed in silent "The last one" he said with a psycho grin, suddenly a part of him that he never knew was brought out. All the passion and fury did a clash in his behavior. But apparently the guy knew him, oh yes he knew him. "An Allen? the last one?" the man said very surprised. The guy behind him surprised too, just stood there. The man threw the woman hitting her with the blade in the back. The poor of Isolde fell in the ground, Valken ran to her and before he could check her pulse or check if she fainted or something, the guy put his blade in valken's neck, ready to cut it.
Valken glanced at the guy with anger, while his hand was trying to reach Isolde's chest. He slowly stood up as the blade made his way to make him stand upright. "You have your mother's eyes, so blue, so green, and you have your father's courage, but courage isnt everything, neither blue eyes, thats why they are dead" he broke into a cynically laugh, and Valken raised his blade but the 2 mans behind him took it away. His gaze went to Isolde, sad and dissipated, he was so worried about her, he was furious, no one would ever touch her, and this jerk hit her. That made his rage ever worse. "You are no one to talk about them like that" he spoke and his gaze went to the man, while the 2 others took his belt with knifes away from him.
Steve barked at the guys and attacked them. The main guy got distracted while steve devoured one guy's face. Valken took advantage of that and took away the blade from his neck and ran to Isolde, so worried he took her in his arms, trying to stand up with her in his arms, but it didnt last long when the guy threw the wolf to the river, thanks to thunder that was in the other side of the river helped the wolf to get out of the river before he got dragged to the ocean.
The main guy took Valken from the back of his shirt and threw him to the ground, while he tried to take Isolde, Valken stood up quickly and the other guy tackled him, he was in the ground with the guy above him, trying to escape, but this guy stab him in the side with the knife valken had in his belt, that made valken scream of pain, his shoulder wasnt responding him as he wanted too. Valken tried to get some air, as he saw the bad man taking isolde, making her stand up "I talk like I want, I came to finish my work, Your the last one, but you deserve more than dead, you deserve pain, and what more than watching me torturing her" he said as he put isolde against a stone that could be used as wall, she had no escape from there.
Valken tried to push away the other guy, but he didnt had enough strength to. "Watching how she suffers, how her clothes falls" the man kept talking and ripped with the edge of his blade a part of her shirt, the man ended ripping it with his hand that was covered by a black gloves. Valken's eyes opened more and the fury clashed inside of him.
He pushed the guy away, taking off his side his knife and burying it in the guy's eye then he glanced at the guy who had isolde, his face somehow surprised and with rage, valkens aw his movements, he would not fight back, he would end what he started, that was until he saw his dissipated face of making his suffer, that he took with even more strength his sword and everything went in slow motion.
Valken ran as fast as he could, he saw Isolde's face ready to get killed, the man's rage reflected in his mouth, the wolf barking, the horses riding as soon as possible behind them, the screams of the man that had a knife on his eye. Even the fly of bee was a huge sound for him. The next thing he knew, when the slow motion stopped, was that he was in front of Isolde, looking at her, with his hands holding the wall of rock, with the sword of that man in his stomach, the edge of the blade almost touching Isolde, but he tried to pull himself to the guy as the sword entered in his body.
The edge of the sword that was shot through the stomach of valken an inch from Isolde's stomach, almost caressing her. Valken looked at her, taking that moment forever in his mind. If he had done something worth for in life, was that. His hair falling into his face, as he stood there, what seemed a forever were just a few seconds. He looked for the last time, the better he once had in life. Valken fell.
In his dream he heard horses, and voices, but he was too far away to know what was happening, he just knew his shoulder, his side and his stomach were burning as hell.

Isoldé shivered as she felt the blade slightly cut her she saw the captain walk out and shoot the man who had his blade in Valken. She was scare as she went to him not caring about her own injury. She tried to be careful about not breaking the last few threads that were holding it together. She knelt beside Valken and saw the man draw his sword out of Valken. Isoldé heard the hoof beats of hte Guards coming and saw them dismount and chase the man who hurt Valken off. They went after him but lost him in the shadows of the forest. She quickly took her cloak out and cut it into strips and tied it tightly about Valken's wound.
She blinked away tears as she worked her hands and tried to stop the bleeding. "No don't die i can't lose you Valken," she said as she saw the Captain in her perihelia vision and said quickly reverting back to their common tongue "Captain get the field medic and have him come stablize Valken, We will be taking him back with us," she said as the orders were given. She took a deep breath and didn't let up as the medic came and took care of him.
As the Medic worked on stabilizing Valken the Captain walked up behind Isoldé and draped his cloak around her shoulders. "My Queen we should be going as soon as he is stable but we need to get you changed," he said as he picked up Isoldé and placed her upon her horse. She winced as her wound got agitated. She only winced for the briefest of moments and the captain missed it. "Captain put him on my mount please as soon as he is ready," She said as she sat there. She watched him nod and square his shoulders. She watched and as soon as the medic nodded he was done two of the men picked Valken up. The captain nodded and moved.
Soon as he was settled on her mount and her arm shown where to hold him, she pulled the reigns of her mount and started the trek home. She was worried as she took a deep breath felt the bumps agitate her wound and slowly make it grow in size. It was an bit wider then just the tip of the sword now and was bleeding freely. She took a deep breath and kept Valken against her but it wasn't on her wound to stop the bleeding. She was slowly losing blood.
They road until they reached the edge of the elven lands. She was in a chill now even under the captain's cloak. She didn't show how weak she was to her men as she lead the way to the palace. She lead the way to the palace stables. She shuttered as they came to a stop. She nearly fell off her horse as they arrived to the palace. She saw a few medics rush to her and help her and Valken down. She had them take him to the medical wing and then shivered visibly.
