PERSONALITYLilith is a quiet person, generally. She hardly ever speaks up, and when she does, no one listens, because they can't hear her. She doesn't try twice though; that would be embarrasing for her. In addition to being fairly silent, she's also shy, and tries to avoid people and contacting them. Lil used to be quite naive, but as of recently, she has begun to have a harder and harder time trusting people, mainly because of her fear that they will somehow do something to hurt her.
And that brings us to terror; this child is a scared one, and it doesn't take much to do it. She is in particular scared of her magic, which she has no idea how to control or what to do with it. However, she doesn't want anyone to know about it either, despite the fact that maybe someone could help her with it. She just wants it to go away and never bother her again, to forget about it. As of such, she is very secretive and also jumpy.[/SIZE]

HISTORY:Lil was born quietly, and without much fuss, to a pair of loving parents. As a baby she was loud and full of energy, an adorable fat thing full of curiosity. As Lil got older, that wore off, and she became much more introverted. By the tender age of five she had already stopped her previous constant stream of babbling and replaced it with silence, broken only by the occasional murmur. Her parents wondered how their child had suddenly become so quiet, but didn't mind too much. They liked Lil just as she was, and Lil, in return, adored them, especially her mother.
Even though she was quiet, the girl was clever. She was reading before most of the other children were, and was using semi-complicated words before the age of four. Bigger words came after that, as did more knowledge. Lilith liked nothing more than to curl up in a corner with a book, whatever kind of book it may have been. When the stories were too complicated for her, she would take them to her parents and ask them to read to her, but only if they were doing nothing. She didn't want to interrupt anything. As she grew older, and her vocabulary and literary skills expanded, she stopped asking all together, worried that she would become a bother. For a child, she sure did have mature thoughts.
Things changed when Lilith began to reach her tenth year, beginning with the loss of her mother. Naturally, that made her more than a little sad, and made her withdraw even more from the general public. But the really big change happened soon after her mother's untimely death. Lil discovered that she had a little something most other humans didn't have; magic. Terrifying, unwieldable magic. And that brings us to the present day. Lil is scared witless of her ability, surprisingly powerful (which makes it even harder to control), and doesn't even try to use it. In fact, she tries to keep it a secret. She doesn't want anyone to know, except her father, that is.

ANSWER: People really love their fluffy hobbits here <3
EXAMPLE:
Though Wolf did enjoy running around, swinging from place to place, and playing with people, there were just some rare moments sometimes when she needed to recharge. And recharge she had. She had beel lying in this field for over an hour, drifting in and out of sleep. But she was fully awake now, thanks to someone who had been blundering around in the field just a few moments ago. Ever on the alert, or at least in her own definition of alert, Wolf had twitched her ears and waited for the person to pass on by, and then attempted to get back to sleep, but it had been too late. And so that was the reason she was fully awake now. Luckily, Wolf wasn't the type to get angry over such a trivial thing. Come to think, she wasn't the type to get angry, period. When was the last time she had had a good full on out temper tantrum? Oh, ages ago, at the very least. Maybe it wasn't healthy to keep all that repressed rage inside.......
On second thought, it couldn't be that unhealthy, seeing as how she had lived over at least a hundred years, almost certainly more than that. Wolf wrinkled her nose thoughtfully. What was her age again? She had lost track of the years a long time ago. Maybe there was someone who was her friend who was still alive who could tell her? Now to think, did she know someone who she was still friends with and had been for the past, oh say, fifty years?............Nope. They were either a) dead, or b) not her friend anymore. Okay, so maybe Wolf had a little trouble in the buddy department. What did it matter? The way she saw it, friends were only temporary objects who could be used to play with when one got bored. Besides, they would all die one day anyways. But she didn't want to think about such a trivial subject anymore. It bored her.
Rolling on to her back, Wolf felt a small lump in her pocket. Reaching one light, quick hand in, she grabbed the thing and was rewarded with an apple. She held it up to the light to admire it; perfectly round, in good shape, and a bright, bright red that matched her own crimson eyes. It was a good thing she had found this fruit and stuffed it in her pocket, or else it would have been wasted on a worm or another person. Now she got to enjoy it. Bringing the apple down to her mouthl, she took a healthy bite, tasting the sweet juices. God, did she love this red food, even though she didn't understand how something so tasty could be good for you at the same time. Just another one of the world's puzzles.
In no time at all, she had finished the apple. Only the core was left, and barely that. Studying it for a moment, just to make sure that there was no edible piece left, she tossed it over her shoulder with a springy throw. It would probably hit something. Wolf closed her eyes to listen for the noise she was certain was coming. Sure enough, there was a distant clump ad the core connected with.....whatever it had hit, she didn't care. Grining, Wolf rolled back on to her stomach, her elbows propping her up. She liked lying her, in this tall tickling grass. It made her feel even more like her deadly cousins, the wolves. Bloody eyes stared out at nothing for a second, before Wolf gave a sharp-toothed predator smile, the one that revealed her true nature. Most of the time she just grinned a teasing smile, but that was a cover up, though she did love to fool around. She was a hunter, through and through. She switched back to her small, regular smile after a moment, though, and swished her thick wolf tail around, stirring up some of the grass. What was she to do now?
